[Owlstar]

Longkit's wailing turned to sobbing. Owlclaw looked at his son. It was also my fault. He thought to himself. I'm suppose to be the father to these kits not a mentor.

[skystorm]

Skykit watched in the background.

[Mountainfur]

Twilightmoon looked at Longkit and Owlclaw despertly, her comforting just wouldn't sooth the kit. Shadowkit pushed his nose into Longkit's fur "Come on Longkit, if that were Sandkit or me, we probably would have done the same thing besides look at dad, hes fine" Shadowkit mewed turning his ear to Sandkit to make sure what he said was right. Sandkit nodded her head in encouragement "Yea Longkit, I would have done the same no doubt"

[skystorm]

Skykit looked at Sandkit, Shadowkit, and Longkit.

[Owlstar]

Longkit looked at them both. "No you wouldn't have." He meowed through sobs. "I know you both wouldn't." Owlclaw let out a long sigh. He padded toward Longkit. Longkit looked back at him. Owlclaw sat down.
"Longkit, it's alright. Don't blame yourself for everything." Owlclaw meowed. "It wasn't your fault, not at all," He looked back at Twilightmoon. "It was my fault, I shouldn't have been teaching you that since you are only small kits. You need rest." He licks Longkit's head then Shadowkit and Sandkit's head. He stood up and walked back to Twilightmoon.

[Mountainfur]

"Well, Shadowkit wouldn't have, he would be to hesitant" Sandkit meowed so only Longkit and Shadowkit could hear. Shadowkit shot her a glare, that she ignored. "You know me, I wouldn't ever pass down a fight" she mewed mischievously. Shadowkit through a clump of moss at both their heads. "You'll feel better when you wake up Longkit" he meowed curling up in the nest.

Twilightmoon purred "Thank-you hes been like that, blames everything that goes wrong on himself, and he won't listen to me when I say it isn't his fault"

[skystorm]

Skykit walked up to the entrance and laid down he looked outside.

[Owlstar]

Owlclaw sat down. "What has he been doing that he blames everything on himself?"
Longkit curled up in his moss bed and sleep took him over right away. He was tried from all his whining he had been doing. What his said made sense everything was not him fault when he thought it through.

[Mountainfur]

"Well, he did run away, and when I went to go look for him, I might have gotten hurt" Twilightmoon added quickly. "And he kept blaming himself, even Sparrowstar tried to reassure him, and now I have the strangest feeling even Starclan is looking down on him"

[skystorm]

Skykit looked up and saw a owl fly above him.

[Owlstar]

Owlclaw twitched his tail. "He'll stop blaming himself for everything at some point and you got hurt?"

[Mountainfur]

"I hope so, and well, yes, Sparrowstar says I can't leave the nursery for a moon, but shes over protective" Twilightmooon mewed dismissively.

[skystorm]

The owl flew down and tried to grab Skykit. Skykit wasn't looking when the owl tried to grab him.

[Owlstar]

"Well, I think she thinks of you as one of her kits. That what it seemed like when you were just an apprentice." Owlclaw meows. "I'd better get going now. It'll soon be dawn and I haven't had a wink of sleep since after the gathering."

[Mountainfur]

Twilightmoon shrieked jumping onto the owl before it could get Skykit
