Brokenstar stared at Stormstar right back and smiled and evil smile. Then Brokenstar looked to his side and started talking, but no one was there.

Brokenstar turned from where he sat. He looked at Stormstar, but said nothing.

"As dumb as any cat in Thunderclan." Brokenstar snarls. "Every cat except Riverclan will think Icestar left on her own to be with you. Twilightmoon and Thunderclan believe it and everyone will soon believe it as well."

Stormstar opened his mouth to reply, but Flamepaw bolwed him over and pinned him down. "Still think You're so powerful Stormstar?" Flamepaw taunted.

"Good, Flamepaw." Tigerstar meows from beside Brokenstar. "Now Brokenstar!" Brokenstar clawed at Stormstar's face and sides. "Flamepaw, do what you have learned from me against Stormstar and you can do it." Tigerstar meows again.

Stormstar screeched and threw Flamepaw off of himself. Flamepaw hit a tree and landed. He lay still without moving.

Brokenstar hissed and clawed down Stormstar's face. "No!" Tigerstar screeched. He had to do something. Flamepaw would die. Then an idea struck him. I could take over Flamepaw and fight this battle along side Brokenstar. Tigerstar ran over to Flamepaw's limp body and took it over to fight Stormstar.

Flamepaw felt a new surge of energy. He through himelf at Stormstar and slashed a claw down Stormstar's neck. Stormstar jerked and then lay still. His eyes were glazed.

Brokenstar stood up and looked at Stormstar. He was bleeding on the nose and had a scratch on his side.
