Icestar puts her tail on Midnightpaw's shoulder. "Like you have to wait awhile before you can become a warrior. Now, that takes weeks."
Midnightpaw nods.

Icestar looked at Midnightpaw. "How?"
"Well she joined a clan, but was a loner or a rogue before."
Icestar nodded.
"Except she joined Riverclan and Starpaw joined Thunderclan."

"Really?"Icestar looked at him. "The next day I walked in to get you up and she was fast asleep."
"Well, maybe once I went to sleep she went to sleep."
"Well, when you're asleep you never know what's happening."
