Brokenstar sat at where Thunderclan's territory watching Wildstar and Shadowclan. He saw Wildstar fall and walked down back to Fourtrees.

"He just very confused." Brokenstar looks up at the sky, the stars of Silverpelt were disappearing. "Wildstar, if it helps I'd like to know what you have to report for Shadowclan." He meows looking back down at Wildstar.

Wildstar was very confused and started talking 'Shadowclan is doing fine. Prey is plentiful." he said. Wildstar got up and started to walk. He fell down and got up again and walked straight into a tree. He fell down unconscious.

Brokenstar nudged Wildstar. "Please Starclan, bring him-" He was cut off.
"Now's your chance." It was Tigerstar. "You can let Flamepaw become leader now."

Mountainpaw walked through the bushes on his way back to camp. His pelt bristled at the odd feeling in the air.
Tigerstar! he thought. The apprentice crouched down behind the bush out of sight of the other cats but could see what would happen.

"I couldn't possibly do it!" Brokenstar meows.
"Do it or else." Tigerstar hissed. Brokenstar's neck fur began to bristle.
"Tigerstar, you can't make me. If you want Flamepaw can do it. He's the one that will be Shadowclan's leader." Brokenstar meows. Tigerstar hisses.
"You're just soft inside. I knew it." Tigerstar hisses. "Like your mother, pathetic."
"What did you say?" Brokenstar rounded on him. Tigerstar laughed.
"Good." Tigerstar meows.

"Let Flamepaw do it." Brokenstar turns away from Tigerstar.
"I can never trust you again, you know that Brokenstar." Tigerstar hisses.
"I know that." Brokenstar meows. "This is Shadowclan's leader and Flamepaw wants to be leader, let him do it." Tigerstar hisses. "I'm going." Brokenstar stands up and walks off towards the bush where Mountainpaw was hiding.

Brokenstar stops. He pricks his ears and hears the rustling of leaves as something moves. "Fox dung." Brokenstar spat. "Someone heard." He jumps into the bush and lands on Mountainpaw. "Mountainpaw?"
