"Talents?" Graybeard looked at him, "I have come from the tribe of roaring waters." Graybeard spoke of his old tribe in greatness.

Graybeard's tail twitched angrily, "Of course I can swim. I come a tribe that lived with water all around it." He snapped.

"This is so sudden." Graybeard almost fell off the fence, but grabbed a hold of the wood and pulled himself up. He eyed Stormstar, "You must have overheard me and the other clan cat." He spoke hoarsely to Stormstar.

"Yes." Stormstar looked down at his paws.

Graybeard sighed, "By the sound of your name you must know how to swim so I shall join Riverclan." Graybeard looked out to the forest and back at Stormstar.

"We may leave now." Graybeard looked at him and purred a weird kind of purr. "By the sound of all of your names they have two word in them and my name given to me by my tribe has two words in it. Oh, wait my name was Graybeard the gray fish of the lake." Graybeard purred again and waited for Stormstar to lead him to where he needed to go.

Forestheart jumped into the yard. She knew it was a little weird to be in a kittypet yard, but Twolegs grew herbs in their yard that would be what she needs. Forestheart got right to finding the herbs.

Midnightpaw jumped up on the fence to his old Twoleg home and looked around. Icestar said I was fit enough to be a warrior and that I truly have warrior blood, but am I really fit to be a warrior? Can I truly fight for my clan for the sake of my life or am I just to soft and should go back to my kittypet ways? Midnightpaw heard the door open. He was ready to jump to get away from the Twolegs, but instead a kit and a mother cat walked out. The mother cat looked up and gasped. Midnightpaw noticed that his mother was looking him in the eyes. "Roger! Oh, Roger, where have you been?" "Um." Midnightpaw didn't know how to say it. "Where is your collar? Did you lose it again." His mother shook her head. "Who's that Mom and how do you know him?" "Josh, be quiet." "Mom, I have joined the clans." "What clans? Mom, this is the most weirdest cat I have met yet." "Josh, what did I tell you." "To be quiet." "Good." His mother looked like his sister. "I have joined the clans that live in the forest." Midnightpaw felt more confident about talking to his mom than the little fur ball that stood next to her. "You joined the clan in the forest. Oh, Roger, your head must be up in the clouds." "It's true Mom. So did sis." Midnightpaw now felt impatient with his mom. "OK, I believe you." "Mom, tell that rag on the fence to leave." Midnightpaw's anger rose as the fur ball made fun of him.

Twilightpaw fur bristled at the sight of this kittypet making fun of her brother, but she remained still on the branch that hung over the fence the leaves concealing her. Tigerstar had told her that her loyalties should lay with her clan, she knew she should have two paw in two separate places

"Josh, be quiet." "Sorry Mom." Josh walked over to a pile of leave and started playing with them. Midnightpaw jumped off the fence. "Mom? Who is that?" "Oh, that's your brother Josh. He doesn't know that since you weren't around to see him." "Oh. Well you should teach him some manners." Midnightpaw's fur stood on ends as he watched Josh. "Well I've tried, but he takes after your father." His mother sighed. "Oh I remember when I first met him when my sister and me still lived here." "Ya." His mom shuffled her paws in front of her. "You should go. Our Upwalkers will be out soon to bring us back in." Midnightpaw jumped on top the fence and waved bye with his tail as the door to the house swung open and his mom and Josh were called back inside.
